£75,000 – £85,000 basic + Travel expenses covered + Annual leave + pension + Bonuses + Opportunities to develop and progress

An established M&E building services contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its delivery team. The company specialises in commercial and mixed-use residential projects including schools care homes and office developments.
This is a long-term position managing secured projects across North London Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire working within an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover
Coordinating site teams subcontractors and suppliers
Programme management cost control and reporting
Attending client and design team meetings
Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to specification Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within an M&E contractor
Experience delivering commercial and residential projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
