The Role

As Children’s Home Manager, you’ll guide a skilled and motivated team to provide therapeutic, trauma-informed care. The young person currently supported is bright, resilient, and full of energy, with a real love of football and a strong sense of identity.

They thrive when surrounded by consistency, structure, and a nurturing team of adults who understand their needs. Under your leadership, the home will continue to be a safe and empowering place where they can grow in confidence, independence, and ambition.

Looking ahead, you’ll also play a part in expanding services—giving you the chance to influence the lives of more children and lead multiple teams across the organisation.

About You

You’ll be someone who can balance compassion with strong leadership, bringing creativity, resilience, and high standards to the role.
Essential:

* Level 5 in Children’s Health & Social Care

* Experience working with challenging behaviour

* Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support strategies

* A proactive, inspirational approach to developing both staff and young people
