KS2 Teacher - Heywood

We are currently seeking an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in Heywood.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and supporting pupils' progress and development.

Role Details

Position: KS2 Teacher

Location: Heywood

Pay: £140 - £240 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

Contract: Full-time / Long-term (flexible depending on school needs)

Key Responsibilities

Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

Managing classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment

Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress

Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners

Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leadership

Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Previous KS2 teaching experience is essential

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A dedicated, proactive, and adaptable approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
