The Role

As an Apprenticeship Business Development Manager, you’ll lead on creating and expanding partnerships that connect education with opportunity.

Your key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining relationships with Schools (Primary and Secondary), colleges, and employers.

*

Promoting Apprenticeships and Funded Programmes in employability such as AEB now ASF and Skills Bootcamps.

*

Understanding employer needs and aligning them with the right training solutions.

*

Tracking and reporting on pipelines to ensure learner and employer engagement targets are achieved.

*

Attending regional events, meetings, and networking opportunities to strengthen the organisation’s presence.

About You

You’re proactive, personable, and commercially minded with a passion for apprenticeships and growth.

You’ll bring:

A proven background in business development or employer engagement within the apprenticeship or skills sector.

Experience engaging with schools and education providers.

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*

The confidence to meet (and exceed) business targets.

*

Flexibility to travel across the Midlands region.
