JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a well-established Ofsted-regulated EBD children’s home in Marple, Stockport.

Salary & Bonuses

Base Salary: £60,000

*

Outstanding Ofsted Bonus: £3,000

*

Good Ofsted Bonus: £1,500

The Home

4-bed EBD children’s home

*

Currently 3 children in placement (2 boys, 1 girl)

*

Stable service with strong foundations

Requirements

*

Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years (children’s homes)

*

Level 5 Diploma qualified (or working towards)

*

Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge

*

Confident leading inspections and maintaining compliance

*

Therapeutic, trauma-informed approach
