What will you do as a Business Development Team Leader?
* Lead the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies
* Coordination of day-to-day activities for the internal sales team
* Ensure workflows are followed, & individual and team performance metrics are met
* Prepare/present sales reports, analyse trends/implement relevant improvements
* Manage client relationships, efficiently dealing with enquiries and resolving issues
* Coaching and mentoring team members, supporting on-going development
* Implement new methods to improve team standards through proactive leadership
* Liaise with the Marketing team to align messaging and campaign objectives.
What do you need to be an Business Development Team Leader?
* Previous experience in a business development or similar role
* Experience in leading a small team
* Familiar with call listening and sales training
* Ability to report on sales figures and analyse data
* Strong cold calling experience
* Experience in the us of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
