A respected secondary school in Bournemouth is looking to appoint a passionate Maths Teacher to join its committed and high-performing team from September 2025. This is a full-time role, suitable for both experienced teachers and confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking a positive and structured environment to complete their induction.

The Role:
Teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of learning needs
Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise outcomes
Contribute to a culture of high expectations and achievement
Take part in department planning and whole-school initiatives

Salary: MPS/UPS (in line with experience)
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching Maths up to GCSE
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
Be committed to supporting all students to achieve their best
Be proactive, reflective and a positive team player
