We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Portfolio Management Process Improvement Lead – Sanctions Operations to join our Sanctions Operations (Global Operations) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – On site.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Analyze existing payment system data sets, potential errors and trending, conducting root cause analysis, and identify opportunities for short term and long term (strategic) remediation

Analyze existing payment system flows to identify areas for improvement, reducing “noise” in the environment including false positives, and the possibility of mistakes

Assisting in the management and resolution of issues in the Global Sanctions Operations portfolio

Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new trends as global economic sanctions evolve

Suggest, develop, and implement processes improvements

Driving remediation of items on the issues & improvement logs ahead of deadline and in line with expected standards

Establish metrics to track and report on process performance

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

7+ years’ experience in the industry, including operations & global economic sanctions

Prior hands-on experience with Payment and Sanctions Screening environments

Advanced Excel features & Alteryx Designer experience is preferred

Degree in process engineering and/or error/incident management preferred

No managerial experience required, but is preferred
