Night Support Worker - Cornwall

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Night Support Workers with experience in dementia and end-of-life care to provide essential overnight support to clients in Cornwall. In this role, you will offer vital assistance, ensuring clients receive high-quality care throughout the night while promoting their dignity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overnight support, monitoring client's well-being and responding to their needs.

Assist with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, and grooming as required.

Offer companionship and reassurance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Administer light household tasks to maintain a clean and organised space.

Support mobility needs, including safe transfers and equipment use.

Document and report any significant changes in the client's condition.

Provide specialised care for individuals with dementia, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Support clients and families with compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Qualifications & Experience

GCSE or equivalent (preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in UK home care (required).

Experience in dementia and end-of-life care (required).

English language proficiency (required).

Valid Driving Licence (required).
