Job Title: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef
Location: Isle of Islay, Inner Hebrides - Accepting Applications from all over Scotland
Remuneration: £18.25 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (Immediate start until 6th January 2024, 4 months)
Are you a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef ready to embark on a culinary adventure in a breathtaking island setting? Join our dynamic team of four chefs in a luxury 12-bedroom hotel, where you will help create exquisite Scottish cuisine using the finest local ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes to rosette standard
Assist with meal planning and daily prep
Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
Strong culinary skills with a passion for Scottish cuisine
Ability to thrive in a small team setting
Right to work in the UK
