About The Company
My client is a leading UK structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering consultancy who specialise in urban regeneration and are passionate about delivering sustainable, elegant, and buildable engineering solutions. Their multidisciplinary team works closely with architects and clients to create designs that enhance the built environment while remaining practical, efficient, and construction-friendly. As they continue to expand their Birmingham office, They are seeking a talented Chartered or nearly Chartered Structural Engineer to join our growing team.
The Role
In this key position, you will work directly with an Associate Director and help shape the future growth of the Birmingham office. This hybrid role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work on high-profile regeneration and development projects.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Structural analysis and detailed engineering calculations
Coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams
Overseeing and reviewing CAD outputs
Engaging in project meetings and collaborating with colleagues
What They’re Looking For
Chartered or near-Chartered Engineer (IStructE/ICE)
Skilled in structural analysis and design software
Proficient with CAD and comfortable working alongside technicians
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Salary & Benefits
? £60,000 – £70,000
