STEM Recruitment and looking for an experienced Production Supervisor based in Glasgow.

Roles and responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the manufacturing of relevant products in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and ISO13485 guidelines.

*

Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact scheduled manufacturing tasks, including but not limited to quality deviations, equipment malfunctions, or resource constraints. Escalate as appropriate and ensure timely resolution.

Foster and maintain a strong Quality Culture across the manufacturing areas. Promote adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), 5S, and ensure all processes and procedures are strictly followed.

Monitor and review in-process testing activities to confirm product specifications are maintained, ensuring compliance and traceability of results.

Ensure strict implementation and documentation of environmental procedures, including cleaning, access control, and gowning protocols, in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Support performance management through mentoring, coaching, and where required, disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
