Maintenance Electrician - Nights
Location: Manchester
Salary: £46,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 22:00-06:00 (Night Shift)
Van + Fuel Card Provided (Private use permitted)
Uniform Provided- Basic Hand Tools Required

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Electrician to take on a key night-shift position in a high-security, technically demanding environment. This is a standalone role with responsibility for maintaining electrical systems across the site during night hours, providing essential planned and reactive support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical tasks during night shifts

* Carry out fault-finding, testing, repair, and electrical installation work as needed

* Ensure systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently

* Work independently and maintain communication with off-site management teams

* Maintain accurate records of work and ensure compliance with all safety standards

Requirements:

* 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (Essential)

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Essential)

* Basic understanding or experience with air conditioning systems (Desirable)

* Previous experience in commercial or industrial maintenance

* Ability to work alone on night shifts in a secure environment

* Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)

* Night shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
