Are you a Quality Manager from an Aerospace background looking to step into a rapidly growing and innovative manufacturer, offering a highly autonomous and responsible role where you will lead the quality function across a large site?

In this role you will be leading a quality team of up to 7 people whilst driving and improving the QMS across the site. Working to ISO9001 and AS9100D standards, you will take charge of internal and external audits, be first point of contact for customers and suppliers, whilst still getting stuck in on the shop floor when needed.

Founded over 60 years ago, this manufacturer supplies specialist parts to the aerospace, automotive and motorsport industries globally, boasting continuous growth with a new site opened less than 2 years ago.

This role would suit a Quality Manager with experience working to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards looking for an influential career within a prosperous and rapidly expanding manufacturer at the forefront of their industry.

Leading and improving the QMS across the manufacturing site
Managing a team of up to 7, first point of contact for issues
Handling customer and supplier issues
