KS1 Teacher - Bury

Daily Rate: £140-£240 (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to work in primary schools across Bury. This role is ideal for a confident, adaptable teacher who can step into the classroom and deliver high-quality teaching from day one.

Role Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned KS1 lessons

Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs

Work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders

Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and attainment

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' classroom teaching experience in KS1

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks

Excellent classroom management skills

Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings

Please note: ECTs / NQTs will not be considered for this role.
