SEN Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons to help students achieve their academic goals
Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Work collaboratively with other educators and professionals to support student development
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a teaching or tutoring role
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs
Experience working in a SEN school or specialist setting
Working Conditions:
Part-time hours, flexible schedule
Work primarily in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students
Opportunity for remote or online tutoring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
