25 days holiday + BHA Swansea based, global business are looking to recruit an Electrically biased Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This business is a leading manufacturer, supporting a wide range of industrial and high-value sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Adhere at all times to the company's Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Provide hands-on maintenance support for all process and facilities-related breakdowns.
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with the PPM schedule.
Support the Maintenance team in achieving departmental objectives and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and ensure ongoing professional development and compliance.
Identify, analyse, and resolve maintenance issues, and support colleagues in troubleshooting where necessary.
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping of all maintenance activities.
Undertake installation and commissioning of new and existing equipment and processes.
Promote best practices in workplace organisation, applying Lean principles such as 5S and waste reduction to foster a culture of continuous improvement and right-first-time delivery.
Participate in and contribute to improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and process effectiveness within the department.Benefits:
