We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist residential care provider supporting adults aged 18+ with a wide range of complex needs.
The service supports individuals living with: Acquired brain injuries, Dementia, Learning disabilities, Complex behavioural needs, Mental health conditions and Chronic neurological conditions (e.g. Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Motor Neurone Disease)
This setting is designed for individuals who may not thrive in mainstream care environments, offering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, social inclusion, and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
Support the day-to-day management of the service
Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
Ensure person-centred care is consistently delivered
Manage rotas and staffing levels
Maintain accurate care records and compliance
Support audits and quality assurance processes
Key requirements a Deputy Manager must have:
