A Respected Housing Developer who are recognised for their high quality standards are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

You will be managing a brand new site in Chipping Norton alongside a Senior Site Manager and number 2 Site Manager. Offering progression opportunities as new phases kick off.

Job Duties:

Assist Senior Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinate with various teams to ensure project deadlines are met
Monitor quality standards and address any issues

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid certification
Valid Driving Licence
NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or related field

Education:

Minimum NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or related field

Experience:

Prior experience in high volume house building
Experience in a similar role within the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced construction site environment, may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. Regular site visits and occasional travel may be necessary.
