This isn't your typical Corporate Insurance role. You'll be working with their largest Corporate Clients, handling everything from renewals to new business, all whilst being part of a close-knit team that celebrates wins together.

We're working with a successful Commercial Insurance Broker who are looking for their next Corporate Account Handler.

Key Responsibilities as Commercial Account Handler

Manage the complete administration of Corporate client insurance programmes
Handle client renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general enquiries with professionalism
Conduct market exercises to secure competitive terms for clients
Negotiate with Insurers and present renewal options to clients
Ensure all documentation meets contract certainty requirements
Manage premium collection in accordance with company procedures
Process policy adjustments including Insurer notifications and premium collections
Identify cross-selling opportunities across different Insurance products
Collaborate with colleagues across various departments as requiredEssential Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial insurance account handling
Strong knowledge of main commercial insurance classes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines consistently
Outstanding client service and communication skills
Effective negotiation and broking abilities
Capability to analyse client information and respond appropriately
