Service Care Solutions have partnered with a leading accountancy practice who are looking for a talented and experienced accountant to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Please find a description of the the role below.

Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year
Working: Hybrid (2-3 days from home)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards
Auditing small companies, including both individual entities and group structures
Assisting senior accountants during audit fieldwork and assignments
Preparation of draft corporate tax computations and supporting documentation
Compiling management accounts and providing financial insights where necessary
Effectively prioritising and managing workload to meet strict deadlines
Working confidently with a range of accounting software packages, including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
