About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Finance Business Partner to join our finance team at a global leader in workplace and facilities management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile client accounts, supporting key decision-making and financial planning activities.
You will be responsible for supporting two key account portfolios, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified, with a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals including debits and credits, and have excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end processes for two major client accounts
Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Liaise with account managers, operational teams, and external stakeholders to understand cost drivers and financial performance
Assist in the preparation of budgets and reforecasts
Track actuals vs forecasts and investigate variances
Provide financial insights to support business decisions
Ensure financial controls and governance are adhered to
Maintain and reconcile financial data with a focus on continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:
Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of debits, credits, and accounting principles
Demonstrated experience in cost reporting, forecasting, and month-end close
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment is desirableWhat We Offer:
