Ideally, you will have experience working on structural packages or working directly for a specialist frame subcontractor.?

· Take the lead on client change management, working to maximise value throughout delivery.
· Manage client valuations, ensuring full and timely payment certification each month.
· Own forecasting across labour, plant, materials, and staffing for your work sections.
· Oversee a selection of subcontract packages: steelwork, drainage, utilities, and specialist earthworks/temporary works.
· Provide ongoing commercial support and forecasting to ensure budget control and performance.
