What You’ll Be Doing

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in keeping things moving—literally! You'll work with a passionate team to ensure shipments are coordinated smoothly from start to finish.

* Scheduling and tracking global shipments

* Liaising with overseas agents to keep communication flowing

* Managing all key shipping documents and digital files

* Overseeing container loading for accuracy and efficiency

* Preparing invoices and processing payments

* Resolving supplier and customer queries quickly and professionally

* Supporting annual stock reconciliations and handling sample dispatches

What You’ll Bring

* Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse admin, or despatch

* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English (Grade C+)

* Strong IT skills—especially confident using Excel

* Brilliant communication and multitasking abilities

* A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organised
