JOB TITLE: Office Manager

LOCATION: Reigate, Surrey

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependant on experience

Office Manager - Supporting a Dynamic Team in a Growing Business!

We are working with a well-established and fast-paced company in the construction and development sector seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join their team.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative support to the Director, and assisting with project and finance administration. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation
Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters, including supplies and facilities
Maintain administrative systems and support internal communicationsDirector Support

Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
Help manage priorities and ensure timely follow-up on key actionsProject Administration

Support the administration of construction and development projects
Assist with document control, project tracking, and coordination with contractors and suppliersFinance Administration

Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and liaising with the company's accountant
Training will be provided to support development in this area

About You

Proven experience in office management or a senior administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with construction or project-based environments is a plus
