Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Newham)
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Newham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential.

The Role:

Support students in and out of the classroom, individually and in small groups

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons

Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN)

Contribute to the wider life of the school community

We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting young people

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Works well as part of a team

Ideally has prior experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)

Is ready to start immediately
