Voids Supervisor - Fire Door Installation

? £35,000 per annum + Company Vehicle
? Start date: Monday 23rd June (preferred)

We're recruiting on behalf of a trusted contractor looking for a Voids Supervisor to oversee a Fire Door Installation contract across Yorkshire and Humberside.

This is a full-time role suited to an experienced supervisor with a strong background in social housing, particularly joinery and fire door projects.

? Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day supervision of fire door and joinery work across void properties

Ensuring work is completed to contract standards and timescales

Managing teams/subcontractors across multiple sites

Conducting site inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance

Liaising with clients and reporting on progress

✅ Requirements:

Proven supervisory experience in social housing maintenance or voids

Strong knowledge of fire door installation and joinery

Full UK driving licence (vehicle provided)

SMSTS/SSSTS & First Aid certifications preferred

? What's On Offer:

£35,000 per annum

Company vehicle included

Immediate start available - Monday 23rd June preferred
