What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting teachers in lively, inclusive classrooms across Bedford

Helping children with focus, confidence, and communication, both 1:1 and in small groups

Playing a key role in academic and emotional development

Bringing consistency, care, and creativity to the school day

Learning how great teaching works - from the inside out

Who You Are:

A graduate in any subject, excited by the idea of working in education

A strong communicator who values empathy, patience, and teamwork

Someone who's worked with children or young people - or confident you'd thrive in that space

Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn

No formal qualifications needed - just genuine commitment
