Cover Supervisors – Worcestershire & Worcester

As PK Education expands into Worcestershire and Worcester, we’re looking to connect with confident, classroom-ready Cover Supervisors who are passionate about supporting students and making a difference in local secondary schools.

If you’re an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone with school-based experience (such as a TA, youth worker or sports coach) looking for a new challenge — we want to hear from you.

What does a Cover Supervisor do?

Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (no planning or marking required)
Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task
Provide support to students and liaise with teaching staff as needed
You’ll need:

Previous experience working with young people in a secondary school or similar setting
Confidence managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills
A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
