The Assistant Project Manager's role

The Assistant Project Manager will be supporting Senior and Project Managers on schemes ranging from £2m-£30m, focusing on hospital refurbishments, clinics, and retail rollouts.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing project briefs and tracking project milestones

Liaising with contractors and design teams

Contributing to risk management and programme updates

Preparing meeting minutes and progress reports

Supporting contract administration tasks

The Assistant Project Manager

Degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline

1-3 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment

Previous healthcare or retail sector experience advantageous

Strong presentation and communication skills

Enthusiastic about pursuing professional accreditation
