Cast UK are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transport Planner & Co-ordinator to oversee our client's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and cost-effective movement of goods and services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for logistics, building relationships and negotiating, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage fleet operations to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
Monitor and allocate vehicles, routes, and drivers for maximum efficiency.
Supervise and support drivers, addressing issues and maintaining high morale.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Analyse data to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and third-party providers.What We're Looking For

Proven experience in fleet planning, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in fleet management software and tools.
