Job Title: Graduate / Assistant Town Planner

Location: Winchester

As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate or Assistant Planner to support a wide range of exciting projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your planning career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

Assist in preparing planning applications, appeals, and representations.
Conduct site appraisals and planning research.
Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Support senior colleagues in managing projects from inception to determination.
Stay up-to-date with planning policy and legislation.About You

RTPI-accredited degree (completed or in progress towards Chartership).
1-2 years' experience in a planning consultancy or local authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of the UK planning system.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a small, agile team.What's On Offer
