Are you an experienced CNC machinist ready to inspire the next generation of engineers? This is your opportunity to make a real impact - without needing prior teaching qualifications.

We're looking for a CNC Machinist, who is ready to take the next step in their career and is ready to inspire the next generation of engineers on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll be delivering practical and theory-based training to apprentices working towards Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications in machining.

✅ What You Need:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining

A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, General Engineering)

No teaching qualifications required - we'll fully fund these for you

?What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality training to machining apprentices (Levels 1-3)

Supporting learners' progress through engaging, industry-relevant lessons

Helping shape the future of the engineering workforce with practical expertise and mentorship

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per year
