Project Manager - EMEA Division (Berlin)

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to deliver a £900k Cat B fit out project in Berlin. The scheme will be completed over a 30-week phased programme and forms part of a wider European delivery framework within the EMEA division of a leading international fit out contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project delivery from inception through to completion.

Oversee on-site delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.

Manage client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.

Ensure full compliance with local German construction regulations and standards.

Coordinate phasing and logistics to ensure minimal disruption across the occupied environment.

Report progress regularly to the EMEA Project Director.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing commercial Cat B fit out projects.

German-speaking and currently based in Germany (or willing to relocate).

Strong understanding of local building codes, permitting, and H&S regulations.

Capable of managing multiple stakeholders across international teams.

Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
