Commercial Property Manager – Waterloo SE1 (Hybrid) - £45-60k+ negotiable

We’re working with a long established, independent Property & Asset Management advisory business based in London Waterloo.

With over £400m in assets under management, their portfolio spans the whole of England and Wales with the majority concentrated in or close to the M25.

As a result of growth, they now seek an additional Commercial Property Manager as follows:

* Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Waterloo office as required

* Managing a mostly Commercial Portfolio, with some mixed-use sites

* Undertaking the full range of commercial property management duties from budgets to lease renewals, H&S, Fire Risk, solicitor liaison and major works.

* Direct client liaison / responsibility, so having the confidence to deal with high profile individuals / funds / institutions essential

* Overseeing 2 x junior commercial property managers, providing guidance and technical know-how as required

* An ideal opportunity for an intermediate level commercial property manager, with 2-5 years’ experience, looking to take the next step in the career / manage staff

* Professional qualification preferred but not essential
