Property Manager - Deptford

Basic Salary £26,000 - £30,000

Licence and own car required

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6pm,

Our client, a respected independent Estate Agency, is seeking a Property Manager to join their vibrant team in Deptford. Looking after a Portfolio of Properties. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, set within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Typical duties will include:

* Check ins and check out inventory reporting.

* Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers

* Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork

* Carrying out property inspections and meter readings

* Assist with small maintenance tasks.

* HMO Fire alarm tests and updates

* Preparing and supplying basic landlords’ accounts

Skills Required:

* At least one year experience in a similar role

* Advanced IT skills (Words, Excel, MS Outlook)

* Accounts and Bookkeeping experience desirable

* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

* Full clean driving licence
