We're seeking a reliable and safety-conscious
Gateman/Traffic Marshal
To join a busy commercial construction site in
Swansea. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right qualifications to secure consistent work on a long-term project.
?️ Key Responsibilities:

Managing site access and logging all personnel and vehicles
Directing traffic and deliveries safely around the site
Enforcing site safety procedures and PPE compliance
Supporting the site team with general duties as needed
✅ Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
Traffic Marshal qualification
(NPORS, CPCS, or CLOCS)
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Punctual, professional, and safety-focused
