What You'll Do
Deliver engaging, differentiated Secondary lessons across subjects
Create a safe, encouraging space for students to learn and grow
Help students build confidence in their abilities and work towards their academic goals
Work collaboratively with an experienced, supportive team
Be a positive influence, helping students not only academically, but emotionally tooWhat We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching Secondary-level students
A motivating, adaptable, and compassionate teaching style
A passion for inclusive education and helping students overcome barriers to learning
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a teamWhile experience working with SEMH students is helpful, your enthusiasm, patience, and belief in every student's potential is what will truly set you apart.
