Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £43,260 per annum + Standby/Callout Pay
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview:
We are recruiting two experienced Maintenance Technicians, one with an Electrical bias and one with a Mechanical bias, to join our team at a heavy industrial plant in Stratford-upon-Avon.

You will work in a robust operational environment dealing with hydraulics, conveyors, crushing machines, and refinery equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong fault-finding skills and hands-on experience in maintaining heavy plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on heavy plant equipment

*

Work with systems including hydraulics, conveyors, crushers, and refinery machinery

*

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical faults (depending on bias)

*

Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

*

Participate in a 1-in-5 callout rota to provide emergency support

Requirements:

*

4+ years’ experience in a heavy industrial or plant maintenance role

*

Recognised qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering

*

Comfortable working with large-scale, industrial machinery

*

Proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently

Benefits:

Standby/Callout payments:

Weekday: £60

*

Weekend Day: £150

Bank Holiday: £200

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
