SEN Teachers - Penzance

Full-time | Term-time only | Long-term or permanent
£130-£220 per day (depending on experience)
Start: September 2025 or earlier if you're available

We're working with specialist provisions and inclusive schools in and around Penzance looking for qualified SEN Teachers ready to make a real impact.

Whether your experience is with autism, SEMH, PMLD, or complex learning needs, these are roles where you'll have the support, structure, and autonomy to teach the way your pupils learn best.

What we're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

Experience planning and delivering lessons to pupils with additional needs

Strong behaviour management and pastoral instincts

A calm, adaptable, and resilient approach

Confidence working as part of a wider multi-agency team
