About the Role

We are assisting a super successful Mortgage business in their search for a sharp minded and tech-savvy Finance/Mortgage Administrator to join their experienced and friendly team. Based in Erith, Kent, the role is offered on a full time, permanent basis – with the possibility of adopting a hybrid working pattern after a qualifying period.

This opportunity will see you working directly with the Senior Management team, where you will play a pivotal role in freeing up their time whilst they lead the business through the next exciting phase of expansion.

In this role, you’ll be the organisational wizard who keeps everything running smoothly. Whether it’s liaising with clients, managing mortgage applications, or ensuring their systems are as slick as they can possibly be - essentially, you’ll be at the heart of their operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing the administration of finance and mortgage applications with precision and efficiency

* Communicating with clients, lenders, and colleagues in a clear and professional manner (no mumbling allowed!)

* Keeping track of deadlines, documents, and details like a true multitasking maestro

* Using your AI and tech skills to navigate finance software, spreadsheets, and online platforms like a tech superhero

* Bringing your organisational superpowers to everything you touch, from filing systems to diary management, and processes
