We're looking for a skilled Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Newton Aycliffe. This team is the first point of contact for new referrals about children, young people, and families, working closely with safeguarding partners to share information and respond effectively.

Key Details:

Location: Unit 5 Parsons Court, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 6ZE
Hours: 37 per week | Mon-Fri
Rate: £28.42 per hour (umbrella)What You'll Do:

Assess new contacts and identify risk swiftly and accurately
Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure timely interventions
Undertake office-based work with occasional home working
Support safeguarding processes and decision-makingAbout You:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Strong experience in risk assessment and safeguarding
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-agency environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity for a confident social worker to play a vital role in protecting children and supporting families at the earliest stage.
