My Client, requires an experience Housing Repairs Manager to co-ordinate repairs and maintenance on their housing.
Experience, Basic DBS, Level 4 qualification in a construction related subject, and/or strong equivalent experience built up through working profession. A relevant Health and Safety qualification with comprehensive experience managing the H&S of direct workforce including CDM regulations. Experience of consulting, negotiating and communicating with customers and stakeholders with the ability to harness change and transform ideas into actions / Full driving licence.

PAYE £25.50 CIS/Umbrella £31.00 per hour
