GPW are curently looking for a Payroll Administrator to support our client who is currently working on a renewable energy substation site, the details for the positions are listed below.
Part Time (2 days a week), Hybrid/Remote availability (Would be on site until training is complete)
Key Responsibilities:
General bookkeeping (Xero or similar platforms preferred)
Invoicing, credit control, and payment tracking
Supporting quotations and project documentation
Assisting with payroll and timesheet processing
Optional: documentation support (e.g., RAMS, compliance, site records)
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll
Comfortable using Xero or equivalent accounting software
Citation experience (HR, compliance, or H&S modules) is an advantage
Background in renewables or construction preferred but not essential
Highly organised, with good written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and adapt as the company grows
