Description

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialised marketing initiatives.
Create compelling content for both digital and traditional marketing platforms.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.
Support the development of new marketing strategies to align with the organisation's goals.Profile

At least 3 years experience
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the leisure, travel, retail or hospitality industry.
A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
The ability to analyse data and translate insights into effective strategies.
Proficiency in using marketing software and CRM platforms.

Competitive salary in the range of £30,000 to £32,000.
Hybrid working model: 3 days office-based in Manchester, 2 days remote.
25 days of holiday leave, plus bank holidays.
