A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8:30am - 2:00pm. Paying £26,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide technical advice and solutions
Liaise with customers via phone and email to understand product requirements and lead times.
Create and follow up on customer quotations
Process customer orders and send order confirmations.
Perform commercial reviews of orders and input them into the ERP system.
Coordinate with internal departments
Maintain clear CRM and sales records.
Support the wider sales team administratively, contributing to monthly reporting and stock data input.
Organise product dispatch with logistics providers.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Administrator position:
Experience in using a CRM or ERP system
Previous experience within administration and sales support ideally within the manufacturing and production industry.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient within the Microsoft packages
Highly organised
GCSE Maths and English graded C or above
