We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our supportive and passionate team. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework.

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support each child’s individual learning and development.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments and learning journals.

Work in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to support the best outcomes for children.

Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment is maintained at all times.

Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and other relevant policies and procedures.

Person Specification:

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, NNEB).

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Experience of working in an early years or childcare setting.

A proactive, caring, and flexible approach to supporting children’s development.

A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable:

Paediatric First Aid qualification.

Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Experience supporting children with additional needs.
