Requirements for working as a teaching assistant:

Experience working as a teaching assistant with SEN children

Positive attitude, passion for education and flexibility around days / hours

Availability Monday – Friday each week

Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching assistant in Bedford:

Supporting SEN children in 1-1 environments as well as classroom settings

Providing support and help to the classroom lead

Feeding and toilet support for children

Developing children’s education and aiding their personal development
