Job Title: Cleaner & General Assistant
Job Type: Temporary (ongoing)
Location: Fairfield, Bedfordshire
Working Hours: 7.30am-9.30am, Monday to Friday (10 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
 
Our friendly client based in Fairfield, Bedfordshire are currently looking for a Cleaner & General Assistant to join their team on a Temporary basis, with a view to start immediately. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is willing to tackle a number of duties from cleaning to setting up daily bookings & clubs.
 
Main duties as a Cleaner & General Assistant:
- Carry out cleaning tasks including cleaning male, female, & accessible toilets , kitchen, halls, meeting room, offices, storage areas, & corridors
- Set up halls & rooms in readiness for daily bookings, including setting out tables, chairs, and other equipment for customer use
- Keep the building tidy and ensure all equipment is correctly stored after use
- Heavy lifting and working at stepladder height is required
- Grit the carpark and footpaths if cold weather is present or expected
 
What's needed as a Cleaner & General Assistant: 
- Previous cleaning experience is required 
- Physically fit and able to work on feet and lift heavy loads
- Good flexibility and able to perform a number of different tasks daily
- Showcase trust as you will be required to key hold
- Showcase excellent reliability as this will be a standalone role
