A Private Client, Wills & Probate Solicitor from 5 years + PQE, is required for a top, full service law firm close to Bromley 

Experience required for this Private Client, Wills and Probate Solicitor vacancy:
Handling a wide caseload of private client matters
Drafting wills including drafting life interest trusts and vulnerable person trusts, and understand inheritance tax planning that could be applied when the wills are being drafted.
Experience in administering estates, which would include estates that are liable to inheritance tax and dealing with the submission of an IHT400 to HM Revenue & Customs
Experience in preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney
Additional experience in trust management and Court of Protection applications and general management of a person’s financial affairs would be useful, but not essentialPerson specification for this Private Client, Wills and Probate Solicitor vacancy:

Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
